With over 20 years in construction, Managing Partner with Potomac Legacy Homes, Steele Sloat, offers a wealth of experience for new and seasoned buyers alike. Prior to starting Potomac Legacy with his partner, Steele worked with the Nation's Leading Luxury Home Builder as a Division Vice President, learning the art of building iconic custom homes using the best craftsman in the area. He has delivered over 500 homes in the Northern Virginia and Richmond areas, and his passion for architectural aesthetics and healthy building design set him apart in the industry.
Ricardo S. Bolanos holds a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University and a licensed Real Estate Broker in DC/MD/VA. Ricardo began his career in real estate twenty years ago in Northern Virginia. He worked for Weichert Realtors and regularly awarded for excelling in sales.
After what most would have considered a very successful career, with close to 1,000 transactions; Ricardo founded Solutions Realty Group in 2005. Using his extensive background in Finance, Ricardo has managed to yield maximum returns in investment properties for his clients and personally. As part of this, he has seen the value in remodeling and well strategically planned construction, and oversees this for properties he manages. Given his expertise in real estate with close to 1,000 transactions, his primary focus is on what would best suit clients in terms of high scale design and strategic functionality.
